How to set up your MyBusStop account and view routes

Visit the MyBusStop website

Open your web browser and go to www.mybusstop.ca.

First-time users — register

If this is your first time using MyBusStop, register an account. You will need the 2020–2021 school code as provided by your child’s school to complete registration.

Already registered — reselect your routes

If you're already registered, you'll still need the 2020–2021 school code to reselect your routes for this school year.

Select your route

Under My Account, choose My Routes and do the following:

  1. Enter your 2020–2021 school code and click Search.
  2. Highlight the relevant route(s) and move them into the My Routes column. This must be done for all components of the route (for example: AM, PM, and Fri PM).
  3. Once all chosen routes are in My Routes, select Go Back to Portal.

View your route

To view the route:

  • Select the relevant portion of the run (AM / PM / Fri PM) from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Maps to view the bus’s progress in real time (updates every minute).

Set up the mobile app

Download the MyBusStop mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store to access MyBusStop on your smart device.
